ISRO - ICRB
Department of Space, Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) Recruits for the post of Scientist/Engineer 'SC' in Electronics, Mechanical and Computer Science almost every year.
You have to fill the online application to apply for this post. The selection procedure and eligibility criteria is given below:
- BE/B.Tech or equivalent qualification in first class with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10.
- Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be short-listed to appear in the Written Test conducted across the India at various venues.
- The written test paper will consist of 80 objective type questions carrying equal marks.
- Based on the performance in the Written Test, candidates will be short-listed for interview, the schedule and venue of interview are notified by e-mail.
- Final selection is based on the performance of the candidates in the Interview and those who secure minimum 60% marks in the interview are eligible for consideration for empanelment, in the order of merit.

The RAC (Recruitment and Assessment Centre) of DRDO (Defence Research and Development Organisation) also recruits for Scientist `B’ in Department of Science & Technology (DST), Scientist/Engineer `B’ in Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA), and Executive Engineer in Gallium Arsenide Enabling Technology Centre (GAETEC).
For
this particular job you will be required to qualify the GATE
examination. Also the recruitment for Computer Science is based on on
valid GATE score, a Descriptive Examination followed by Personal
Interview.
The Eligibility Criteria and the Selection procedure includes:
- Essential Qualification(EQ) :
- At least First Class (condition of First Class does not apply to DST posts) Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in Computer Science & Engg from a recognized university or equivalent.
- Applicants must also fulfil ONE of the following additional requirements:
- 1. GATE Qualification: Valid GATE score in Computer Science & Information Technology [Paper code : CS]
- 2. 80% aggregate marks in EQ degree, if done from an IIT or NIT.
- Category I: Eligible candidates are shortlisted for a Descriptive Examination on the basis of valid GATE score in the ratio of 1:25, subject to their GATE score not being below 25% of the GATE score of the first shortlisted candidate.
- Category II: All eligible IIT and NIT graduate engineers with minimum 80% aggregate marks in the EQ degree are called for a Descriptive Examination
- Candidates appearing for the Descriptive Examination are further shortlisted for Personal interview in the ratio of 1:5 in order of merit list prepared on the basis of the Descriptive Examination only.
- The final selection of the candidates is purely on the basis of discipline wise category wise merit of aggregate of 80% weightage of marks in the Descriptive Examination and 20% weightage of marks in Personal Interview.

IBPS- Specialist Officer (IT-Officer)
Every
year the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection holds the IBPS SO
cadre in multiple Public Sector Banks through a Common Written
Examination (CWE) to recruit SO (IT-Officer).
There are three phases to this examination —
- Online Preliminary Exam: (English Language, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude)
- Online Mains Exam (Professional Knowledge)
- Interview Process
The eligibility criteria for the SO examination is:
- Four years engineering/Technology degree in Computer Science/IT/Computer Application/Electronics and Communication Engineering/Electronics and Telecommunication/ Electronics and Instrumentation OR
- Post
Graduate Degree in Computer Science/IT/Computer Application/Electronics
and Communication Engineering/Electronics and Telecommunication/

Graduates having passed DOEACC ‘B’ level exam - You are required to qualify each phase of this examination.
- The total marks allotted for Interview are 100. The minimum qualifying marks in interview will not be less than 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWBD candidates).
- The weightage (ratio) of Online Main Examination and interview will be 80:20 respectively.
- The combined final score of candidates shall be arrived at on the basis of total scores.
- A candidate should qualify both in the Online Main Examination and interview and be sufficiently high in the merit to be shortlisted for subsequent provisional allotment process.

Teaching Examinations
Every
year Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS), Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti

The eligibility criteria for KVS and NVS are:
PGT Computer Science

- BE or B.Tech (any stream) and Post Graduate Diploma in Computers from a recognized University

- B.Sc. (Computer Science) / BCA or Equivalent and Post Graduate degree in subject from a recognized University
OR

- ‘B’ Level from DOEACC and Post Graduate degree in any subject
OR
- ‘C’ Level from ‘DOEACC’ Ministry of Information and Communication Technology and Graduation.
2. Proficiency in teaching Hindi and English Medium.
- You are required to qualify an offline examination and based on the merit you’ll be called for an interview.
- The interview round will be of 60 Marks.
- The final merit list will be based on the performance of the candidates in the Written Test and Interview.

State Examinations for Programmers and Technical Assistants
Apart
from these jobs various state governments and organizations release
notifications for the posts of Programmers and Technical Assistants
regularly. The educational qualification for these jobs can vary from a
Diploma in Computer Science to B.Tech in CSE.

To get a job in any of these above mentioned sectors you are required to be good at —

These
