My advice for Students

First, and probably the most important: Grit and perseverance.
When you decide to shoot for a goal, keep going even when you start hitting obstacles.
Don’t give up. Don’t expect things to be easy, or the world to come to your rescue. Don’t quit. It is easy to say, but much harder to inculcate. But this is the most important

Second, a fitness regimen, ideally at the start of the day. Daily physical workout and meditation.

Third: Smart learning using active recall, Feynman technique, problem-solving, etc. Also, read a lot.
These would be at the top of my wishlist.
