- Good company: Bad company can corrupt good character. Surround yourself with people who push you, challenge you, make you laugh, who make you happy.
- Meditation: It helps you realize your patterns, your strengths - to connect with yourself more.
- Exercise: Use your body, do what it was made for. It will get you excited and energetic for the day.
- Reading: You can’t learn everything by yourself. Be humble enough to learn from people smarter than you.
- Self-awareness: Journal your reactions, your emotions, needs, and cravings. It will give you extraordinary self-control.
